‘Adventure Sports’ is now an elaborate industry in itself with growing number of people willing to try their hand at them , trusting on the advanced security measures and the sophisticated devices accompanying them. • Take proper training and complete it with patience.
• Learn all about the dive and be mentally prepared before taking up the jump.
• Make yourself comfortable with virtual parachute stimulators.
• The parachute should be deployed at the right time since it needs time to swell up and start working.
• For further safety, use automatic aviation devices.
• Stay fit, and possess the right weight.
• Skydiving makes use of specific gear and clothes that might cost a fortune.
• Use them sensibly.

Antigua is in eastern part of Fuerteventura in Canary Island. Atlantic Ocean is in the eastern side of the resort. It is considered to be one of the oldest towns. It has the past since 18^th century. Population of Antigua is about 3000 and area is about 250 square km. It was the capital of this island in olden times. Earlier fishing was the prominent on the ports of Antigua. Agriculture and fishing are main industries here.

Pozo Negro is the port in Antigua used for fishing. Cruz de los caldos is a beautiful old church made in 18^th century. The church is must watch. The beaches are very beautiful, calm and clean.
